Role Description
NoBroker.com is seeking a Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Bengaluru South. In this role, you will assist property owners and prospective buyers or tenants throughout the transaction process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, guiding them through property-related processes, addressing their queries, and providing solutions tailored to their specific needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services and achieve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Customer service experience or the ability to handle queries, provide solutions, and ensure client satisfaction.
- An interest or background in real estate, property management, or similar industries is beneficial.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in any field. Candidates with prior experience or freshers with a passion for customer engagement are encouraged to apply.
