Job Title: Relationship Manager / Relationship Officer / Sales Executive Home Loan LAP

Locations: Chennai, Baroda, Nagercoil, L.B. Nagar, Cochin, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Sanganeer, Ghaziabad, Nellore, Warangal

About The Role

We are looking for a motivated and performance-driven Relationship Manager (or Officer) with hands-on experience in selling Home Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), Mortgage Loans, and Housing Finance products. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing customers, generating leads, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and acquire customers for Home Loan / LAP / Mortgage / Housing Loan products
• Generate leads through channels such as DSA, connectors, builders, real estate agents, and direct sales
• Conduct customer meetings understand financial requirements
• Explain loan products, eligibility, charges, and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with credit team for file processing and approvals
• Ensure timely loan disbursement and customer onboarding
• Maintain strong relationships with channel partners
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Provide accurate market feedback competitor insights

• Loan Against Property (LAP)

Eligibility Experience

• Mandatory experience in selling Home Loans / LAP / Mortgage Loans
• Minimum experience: 1-4yrs of experience
• Experience with NBFC / Banks / Housing Finance companies preferred
• Strong understanding of credit norms documentation
• Proven track record in sales and target achievement
  
  

Skills Required

• Excellent communication relationship-building skills
• Strong negotiation closing ability
• Market awareness of real estate mortgage segment
