Roles & responsibilities
- Source new gold loan customers and achieve monthly business targets.
- Generate business through direct marketing, local activities, customer referrals, and lead conversions.
- Process loan applications and ensure accurate documentation.
- Handle loan disbursement, renewal, part-release, closure, and auction-related activities.
- Follow up for interest payments, margin calls, and loan closures.

Qualifications
