Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will assist customers by advising them on their property requirements, ensuring a smooth and brokerage-free property search and transaction experience. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing tailored recommendations, facilitating communication between property owners and tenants/buyers, and offering end-to-end assistance in the property transaction process. The role is customer-centric, requiring effective communication and problem-solving skills to build and maintain strong professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and foster relationships with clients.
- Sales acumen and the ability to persuade and negotiate effectively with customers and stakeholders.
- Customer service orientation and problem-solving skills to address client inquiries and provide solutions.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple client needs efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate industry and property marketplace is a plus but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Freshers are welcome to apply.
