Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for assisting property owners, tenants, or buyers in navigating NoBroker’s platform, providing consultation, matching customer needs with available options, and ensuring an efficient and satisfactory experience. Daily tasks include addressing inquiries, guiding customers through solutions, managing relationships effectively, and contributing to customer retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Customer-centric approach with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proficiency in using digital platforms and tools for seamless interactions
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Graduation in any discipline (preferred); freshers are welcome
- Experience in customer relationship management or sales is a plus
- Fluency in English and local languages (preferred)
