Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, based in Bengaluru, for a Relationship Manager (Fresher). The primary responsibilities include assisting buyers and tenants by providing verified property listings, maintaining strong relationships with clients, guiding them through the property's suitability for their needs, and addressing their queries to ensure a smooth experience. The Relationship Manager will also liaise between clients and internal teams, ensuring timely delivery of services and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
- Ability to manage relationships and provide personalized support to clients.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to handle multiple client requirements efficiently.
- Basic knowledge of the real estate market in Bengaluru is advantageous.
- Proficiency in relevant software is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training will be provided.
- A graduate degree in any discipline is required.
