Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will assist customers in finding properties suitable to their needs, serve as a mediator between property owners and tenants/buyers, and ensure smooth interactions. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, offering solutions and guidance, and delivering exceptional customer service to build lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base.
• Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored property solutions.
• Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to mediate between parties effectively.
• Basic knowledge of real estate processes and property management is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in using technology-based tools to manage property searches and customer interactions.
• Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Adaptability, a proactive approach, and a customer-focused mindset.
