Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager for Lease Financing, located in Rajkot (Gujarat). The primary responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with clients, evaluating their lease financing requirements, and customizing solutions to meet their needs. The role involves identifying and acquiring new clients, preparing and analyzing financial data, managing lease agreements, and providing exceptional customer service. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for meeting sales targets and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business transactions.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-management skills
- Knowledge of lease financing, financial products, and credit assessment
- Analytical skills for financial data analysis and risk evaluation
- Experience in client acquisition, portfolio management, and sales strategies
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure, meet sales targets, and resolve customer inquiries
- Prior experience in the financial services industry or lease financing is an advantage
