• One point contact for the Financiers ( Banks, NBFCs, etc.) relationships for RXIL.
• Managing Financial Institutions and complete handholding for platform operability.
• Building relationships with all the Participant across the FIs.
• Handle operational issues / complaints raised by Financiers.
• Identifying opportunities to improve our products and processes & service to customers.
• Engaging with financiers for lead generation.
