Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager (Field Sales) role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for meeting prospective and existing clients, presenting TradeIndia’s digital solutions, and converting leads into long-term business relationships. Daily tasks include conducting field visits, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals, and negotiating commercial terms. The role also involves managing a sales pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets, and providing after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The Relationship Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, timely service delivery, and resolution of client concerns, while regularly reporting market insights and competitive trends.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for gaining a deep understanding of the clients' business objectives and challenges and creating strategic recommendations based off of this understanding. You will do so by building a strong relationship with our clients and analyzing our clients' data. Essentially, you will act as the main point of contact for our clients.

Qualifications
- 1-3 years' of client relationship experience
