Role Description
The Inside Sales Executive L-1 is responsible for driving sales, generating leads, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential customers, making outbound calls, understanding customer requirements, and converting leads into successful transactions. You will collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to achieve targets and maintain relationships with clients. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South.
Qualifications
- Strong Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills to identify potential buyers and tenants and convert them into active clients.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to effectively interact with customers, understand their needs, and build lasting relationships.
- Proficiency in Sales strategies, execution, and negotiation to achieve targets and close deals successfully.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in any field, along with a demonstrated passion for sales and customer success.
