Relationship Manager - Entertainment
About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic, resourceful, and people-oriented professional to work directly with the Founder. This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys building relationships, researching new ideas, creating impactful presentations, and travelling extensively.
The role demands initiative, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Represent the Founder in meetings, networking events, and relationship-building initiatives.
Build and nurture relationships with industry leaders, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
Create high-quality presentations, posters, proposals, and basic video content.
Conduct research using AI tools and leverage technology to improve productivity and decision-making.
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and strategic initiatives from the Founder's Office.
Travel across India for meetings, events, and business development opportunities.
Manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and visual communication abilities.
Comfortable using AI tools for research, content creation, and productivity.
Basic design and video editing skills (Canva or similar tools preferred).
Highly organized with strong execution capabilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours based on business requirements.
Comfortable building relationships over informal interactions such as coffee meetings, lunches, dinners, and networking events.
Ability to travel frequently across the country.
