Role Overview
We are looking for a highly confident, socially active, and relationship-oriented professional who can help expand the Stars N Celebs network by onboarding artists, building partnerships, and creating business opportunities across the entertainment ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, attending events, meeting new people, and building strong professional relationships in the media, entertainment, influencer, and lifestyle industries.
Key Responsibilities
Acquire and onboard artists, creators, performers, and influencers onto the platform
Build relationships with colleges, event organizers, agencies, production houses, and entertainment communities
Represent Stars N Celebs at events, social gatherings, talent shows, and networking opportunities
Coordinate meetings, collaborations, and promotional opportunities
Generate leads and convert them into long-term partnerships
Maintain strong follow-ups with artists and clients through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, and in-person meetings
Assist in artist engagement, onboarding, and profile management
Identify new business and growth opportunities within the entertainment industry
Work closely with management to increase platform visibility and revenue

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Confident, outgoing, and socially comfortable personality
Presentable, professional, and well-groomed
Passion for entertainment, influencers, media, fashion, music, or events
Strong networking and relationship-building ability
Comfortable attending events, meetings, and social interactions regularly
Self-motivated with strong follow-up and persuasion skills
Ability to work independently and achieve targets
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:
Artist management
Influencer marketing
Event management
PR and media relations
Hospitality or luxury sales
Advertising or sponsorship sales
Talent acquisition or partnerships
