Role Description
The Relationship Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable life insurance solutions. The role involves achieving business targets through field visits, cross-selling, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will collaborate with partners and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to business growth.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and target achievement
- Ability to assess customer needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple clients effectively
- Proficiency in customer service and resolving client inquiries
- Prior experience in insurance or financial sales is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is required; specialization in business, finance, or marketing is a plus
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and regulations is desirable
