Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Relationship Manager Direct Sales to drive business growth, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to the expansion of our life insurance and investment product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual business plans for assigned regions
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and expand reach in untapped markets
- Achieve sales and profitability targets while increasing market share
- Maintain high-quality standards in business acquisition
- Manage and utilize sales collaterals effectively
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with branch customers
- Conduct client meetings and provide suitable financial solutions
- Promote and sell life insurance and investment products
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline
- Up to 1 year of experience in life insurance or insurance sales preferred
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and sales skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
