Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South for a Relationship Manager in Direct Sales. The Relationship Manager will focus on identifying and onboarding potential Club Mahindra members through direct sales efforts. Responsibilities include meeting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, providing tailored holiday solutions, maintaining a positive customer relationship, and achieving sales targets effectively. The role requires proactive engagement, excellent communication, and the ability to develop trust with customers to foster long-term relationships.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, business development, and negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Relationship management skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Proficiency in client handling and understanding customer needs
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to work on-site and manage multiple client interactions efficiently
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel, or similar industries is an advantage
- Graduate degree in any discipline; an MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
