Role Description
The Relationship Manager for the Direct Marketing Channel will be responsible for acquiring and managing customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving designated revenue targets. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, explaining the benefits of various insurance products, and managing end-to-end customer engagement to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role requires close collaboration with internal teams to process applications and resolve customer queries. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida.
Qualifications
- Exceptional relationship-building and client management skills
- Demonstrated sales and negotiation experience
- Understanding of financial products, especially life insurance solutions
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Analytical mindset and ability to create customer-tailored strategies
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in insurance or financial sectors is preferred
