Role Description
This on-site full-time role, based in Mumbai, involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate clients in the business credit card segment. The Relationship Manager will identify potential business opportunities, promote business credit card products, and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities include analyzing credit requirements, preparing proposals, ensuring timely issuance of corporate credit cards, and providing after-sales support. The individual will also collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations and boost customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a proven ability to identify and acquire new clients
- Experience in account management, client engagement, and relationship building
- Knowledge of credit, finance, and risk assessment in the domain of business credit cards
- Proficiency in problem-solving, customer service, and delivering client-centric solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and basic financial analysis software
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and target-oriented environment
- Educational background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is preferred a Graduate
