Position: Relationship Manager Corporate Banking / Business Development
Location: Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–2 years in Financial Services Sales / Debt Syndication / Investment Banking / Lending Products
Qualification: MBA or Postgraduate degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related discipline
Compensation: ₹3–6 LPA + Performance-Linked Incentives

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and growth-driven Relationship Manager – Business Development with a strong foundation in debt syndication, lending products, or investment banking to join our expanding team.
In this role, you will be responsible for onboarding SME and Mid-Corporate clients, briefing them on our financial offerings, and converting them into long-term partners. You will play a critical role in driving client acquisition, deal origination, and revenue growth by effectively positioning the firm’s capabilities in the market.
The ideal candidate should possess a good track record in client acquisition and relationship management, along with a sound understanding of debt products, capital markets, and structured finance solutions.
You should demonstrate excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, coupled with a growth-oriented mindset and strong execution ability. Fluency in English and Hindi is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
· Business Development
-Identify and engage SME and Mid-Corporate clients with funding requirements across debt and finance solutions
Drive lead generation and deal origination through proactive market outreach
· Client Acquisition & Onboarding
-Acquire new clients through networking, cold outreach, and market mapping
Manage the onboarding process, including understanding client requirements and aligning solutions
· Relationship Management
-Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
