Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager & Current Account Savings Account (CASA) Business Officer located in Ahmedabad. The professional will be responsible for building and strengthening customer relationships, driving business acquisition by promoting the bank's financial products and services, and achieving branch CASA growth targets. Additional responsibilities include managing existing customer accounts, proactively identifying cross-selling opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to meet clients' financial needs effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills to engage with customers effectively
- Proficiency in banking products, specifically CASA, as well as a strong understanding of financial and market trends
- Customer service skills with a focus on delivering high-quality experiences and solutions
- Analytical thinking and sales aptitude to achieve organizational targets and promote additional services
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, result-oriented work environment
- Experience in banking or financial services will be an advantage
