Role Description:
1. This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager Business Banking Working Capital, located in Manesar, Gurgaon.
2. It's a Hunting as well as Farming role with prime focus on Hunting.
3. The Relationship Manager will source WC Limits and Term Loans business for the bank mainly from MSMEs and Mid Corporates.
4. The RM will also manage portfolio of such customers and cater to their financial requirements and generate additional business.
5. Key responsibilities include identifying potential clients, building and managing relationships, providing financial solutions, performing credit analysis, preparing loan proposals, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Desirables:
1. 6-8 years of experience in similar roles with stability in previous jobs.
2. Proficiency in Corporate Financials, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statements.
3. Strong knowledge of working capital products, financial solutions, and credit analysis.
4. Proficiency in relationship management, business networking, and client relationship development.
