We are seeking a Relationship Manager for our Builder Business at Kotak Mahindra Bank. This is a full-time, on-site position . The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key real estate clients and developers, identifying financing opportunities, and ensuring high-quality delivery of financial solutions. The role encompasses end-to-end client relationship management, business growth, and customer satisfaction, with a focus on achieving set goals and targets.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Strategy
- Knowledge in real estate financing and financial product offerings relevant to the industry
- Strong skills in Market Analysis, Client Needs Assessment, and Negotiation
- Excellent Communication, Influencing, and Problem-Solving abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced on-site environment and meet targets within deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus
- Experience in the banking or financial services sector, especially in dealing with builders or real estate developers, is highly desirable.
