Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager (Broking), located in Nashik. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, understanding investment needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Daily tasks include assisting clients with trading activities, offering insights into market trends, addressing inquiries, and identifying opportunities to grow the client base by building long-term trust and rapport.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, client management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and investment strategies
- Sales acumen with experience in financial planning, client acquisition, and cross-selling financial products
- Analytical skills with the ability to understand market trends and provide insights
- Team collaboration abilities and a customer-centric approach
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Relevant certifications such as NISM or NCFM are a plus
- Proficiency in financial software and tools is beneficial
