Role Description
This full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role is based in Ludhiana. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with Brokers/Channel Partners, addressing their health insurance Business needs, and offering tailored solutions. Daily tasks include client interaction, coordinating with internal teams, providing expert advice on policies, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer/Partner experience. The role also involves meeting sales targets, promoting company products, and representing the brand with professionalism and dedication.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client prospecting, and maintaining customer engagement
- Ability to analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate health insurance solutions
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle client inquiries effectively and meet targets
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term partnerships
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and CRM tools
- Prior experience in the insurance or healthcare industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree
