Role Description
We are hiring passionate freshers for the position of Relationship Manager at NoBroker.com. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. As a Relationship Manager, you will interact with potential clients, understand their real estate requirements, and assist them in navigating our technologically advanced platform. Responsibilities include leveraging communication skills to manage client relations, providing exceptional support throughout the sales/rent process, and contributing to overall customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with your peers to ensure clients have a seamless experience with NoBroker’s suite of services, including rental agreements, property management, and more.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in client handling.
- Problem-solving mindset and the ability to address client queries effectively.
- Proficiency in using digital tools and willingness to adapt to a fast-paced tech environment.
- Basic understanding of the real estate domain is a plus, though not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with enthusiasm and a customer-first approach.
- Fresh graduates with a degree in any discipline are welcome to apply.
