Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will oversee client onboarding, engage with property owners and potential tenants or buyers, and foster strong customer relationships. They will provide end-to-end assistance throughout the property lifecycle, including addressing customer inquiries, organizing property visits, and ensuring efficient communication between parties. The role also includes achieving key performance indicators and contributing to the overall success of the company’s sales and service goals.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and sales abilities tailored to real estate transactions
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic understanding of real estate market trends and familiarity with property management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles is advantageous
