Role Description
The Relationship Manager at NoBroker.com will serve as a key point of contact for customers, assisting them throughout their property search or transaction process. Responsibilities include understanding customer requirements, providing suitable property options, coordinating with property owners, mediating tenant-owner negotiations, and facilitating agreements. You will also ensure customer satisfaction through consistent and professional communication. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to effectively engage with clients and property owners.
- Customer service and relationship management experience with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
- Ability to analyze customer needs, recommend suitable options, and manage real estate transactions seamlessly.
- Proficiency in tools or platforms used for managing customer relationships or real estate listings is a plus.
- Prior experience in the real estate, sales, or customer service sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple clients and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market are a plus.
