Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated full-time Relationship Manager to join our team in Bengaluru. This on-site role involves interacting with property owners and tenants to understand their unique requirements, providing tailored property solutions, and ensuring a seamless transaction process. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building strong client relationships, offering guidance throughout the property selection or rental process, and meeting monthly targets to drive customer satisfaction and organizational growth.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs.
- Proficiency in understanding and supporting property search and real estate transactions.
- Customer relationship management skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Sales and negotiation skills to meet targets and close deals successfully.
- Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple clients and tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in local languages and familiarity with the Bengaluru real estate market is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required; prior experience in real estate, sales, or related fields is an advantage.
