Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in the Greater Bengaluru Area. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their real estate needs, and assisting them with property-related services. Responsibilities include providing tailored recommendations, ensuring a seamless customer experience, coordinating with internal teams, resolving client concerns, and driving customer satisfaction. The role also involves achieving targets and promoting NoBroker.com’s range of services, including property listings, rental agreements, and allied home services.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and Client Communication skills
- Sales, Negotiation, and Upselling abilities
- Problem-Solving and Resolution skills
- Strong understanding of the real estate market or relevant domain awareness
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and digital platforms
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles or the real estate industry is a plus
- Positive attitude, interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
