🔹 About the Role
We are looking for dynamic and result-driven individuals to join our Sales team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will interact with customers, understand their requirements, and drive sales through effective communication.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products/services
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Provide excellent customer experience
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Resolve customer queries and objections professionally
✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Any Graduate
- 0–3 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Good communication skills in English + Regional Language
- Sales mindset and target-driven attitude
