Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The Relationship Manager will focus on engaging with property owners and tenants to facilitate smooth real estate transactions. Responsibilities include managing customer relationships, addressing inquiries, assisting with property requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to optimize services and deliver high-quality brokerage-free solutions, enhancing the customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Engagement and Relationship Management skills
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
- Problem-solving and Analytical skills to address client needs effectively
- Sales and Negotiation skills for successful customer interactions
- Familiarity with the real estate market or prior experience in a related field, a plus
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- A Bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred
- Proficiency in local languages alongside English would be an added advantage
