Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager in B2B Sales, located in New Delhi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with business clients, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies to meet targets. The role involves consulting with clients on trading and investment platforms, facilitating onboarding, and providing post-sales support and guidance. Collaboration with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure service excellence will also be key to the position.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in Sales Strategies, Business Development, and Lead Generation
- Knowledge of stock markets, trading platforms, and financial instruments
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to provide exceptional client support
- Prior experience in B2B Sales or Financial Services is preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-driven environment
- Proficient in CRM tools and basic office software applications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
