ZFunds Distribution Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Relationship
Manager to join our growing team. The role involves onboarding mutual fund distributors,
engaging with clients, and providing product demonstrations to enhance user experience
and drive business growth.
Requirements:
● Graduate in any discipline
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Prior experience in the Mutual fund or financial services industry preferred
● Basic understanding of mutual fund products and investment concepts
● Ability to build and maintain client relationships
● Self-driven and target-oriented mindset
Role Description:
The Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with retail and high-net-worth clients. This role includes understanding clients’ financial goals, explaining suitable investment options, and guiding them through mutual fund and portfolio management products offered by ZFunds.
The Relationship Manager will handle client onboarding, conduct regular portfolio reviews, respond to queries, and provide proactive follow-ups to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Daily activities include coordinating with internal teams, updating client records and CRM systems, tracking sales targets, and ensuring all interactions adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards. The role also involves identifying new business opportunities, conducting client meetings and presentations, and contributing to continuous improvement in client engagement processes.
Good to Have
● NISM Certification (preferred)
● Experience in client handling / relationship management / sales
