Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India, for a Relationship Manager at YES BANK. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include understanding customer needs, offering tailored financial solutions, cross-selling banking products, managing a portfolio of clients, and ensuring robust risk and compliance management. Regular client interactions, market analysis, and meeting financial targets are integral aspects of this role.
Qualifications
Strong relationship management and client servicing skills, with a focus on excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of financial products and banking operations, with an understanding of Retail, MSME, and Corporate Banking.
Sales and business development expertise, with the ability to identify client needs and offer suitable banking solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in portfolio management and market analysis.
Proficiency in risk assessment and compliance regulations for safe and ethical banking practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance,
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proven experience in the banking sector, preferably with knowledge of the Indian financial market.
