Key Responsibilities
Source and generate new business for Home Loans, Housing Loans, and LAP
products
Develop and maintain relationships with customers, real estate agents, builders, and
DSAs
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable financial solutions
Handle the complete loan lifecycle – from lead generation to disbursement
Conduct field visits and customer meetings to drive business growth
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company policies
Coordinate with credit, operations, and legal teams for loan approvals
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Monitor market trends and competitor activities
