Job Description:
As a relationship manager at Wealthy.in, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Lead Generation and Partner Recruitment: Generate high-quality leads from the market to
recruit business partners/agents for the company. Train, develop, and mentor them to effectively generate business in wealth products.
2. Business Opportunity Seminars: Conduct seminars to attract quality leads for partner
acquisitions, showcasing the benefits and opportunities offered by Wealthy.in.
3. Performance Review and Training: Regularly review the performance of business partners
under your unit and take corrective actions to improve profitability. Identify training needs and
provide product training to enhance partner performance.
4. Client Engagement: Participate in joint client visits with business partners to demonstrate
effective pitching techniques and ensure successful closures, especially for significant deals.
5. CRM Management: Maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, manage business opportunities, and ensure effective follow-up with prospects and partners.
6. Investor Awareness Programs: Organize investor awareness programs and ground activities to generate quality prospect leads for partners under your unit.
7. Sales Target Achievement: Drive your team to achieve monthly targets in Mutual Funds,
Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Bonds, Direct Equity, Insurance, and Unlisted Stocks through partners under your unit.
Package:
- Salary as per market standard.
- Quarterly performance incentives of up to 100% of CTC.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Candidates with experience in the distribution of financial products through B2B channels will have an advantage. However, fresh graduates with a strong understanding of mutual funds and excellent skills, along with internship experience in equity broking or mutual fund distribution, will also be considered.
- Master's degree in business administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and drive sales growth.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Relevant certifications such as AMFI, IRDAI, or NISM will be an advantage.
