Detailed Job Responsibilities:-
* Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals
* Maintain daily sales reports of meetings, presentations, and closures.
* Attend corporate activities, promotional events to pitch Keystone.
* Need assessment & pitch membership plans to customers & prospects.
*Generate leads through self-sourcing, Self references, and existing customer network.
*Meet prospective customers F2F by scheduling appointments and conducting presentations.
*Convince and close sales by handling customer objections and queries.
*Provide necessary support in booking first time holiday for new members and generate quality referrals from them Maintain relationships with existing members and generate referrals from them.
Requirements:-
*Minimum 6 Months of experience in direct sales / Field sales / Hospitality / Timeshare / insurance-Direct Sales / Banking sales / Real Estate / Telecom (Postpaid) / High Ticket size products.
* Strong communication and convincing skills
*Adept in field sales, and customer meetings Face-to-Face during events.
* Target-driven and self-motivated personality.
*Graduate in any discipline.
* Flexible for work timing & rotational week off
