Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Thoothukudi. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their housing finance needs, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and guiding them throughout the loan application process. The role includes ensuring timely loan disbursal, addressing client concerns, and promoting Vastu’s financial solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and trust. The candidate will also work closely with internal operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery while achieving business development goals.
Qualifications
- Customer Relationship Management and interpersonal communication skills
- Knowledge of housing finance products and financial documentation requirements
- Prior experience in sales, client servicing, or financial services is advantageous
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in local language(s) and understanding of regional market dynamics is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Familiarity with technology platforms and tools used in financial services is desirable
