We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build and maintain
strong relationships with clients, dealers, and key stakeholders in the automobile industry.
The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, ensure repeat business, and contribute to
overall sales growth.
Key Responsibilities (Job Role)
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers, dealers, and corporate customers
- Act as a primary point of contact for customer queries and concerns
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable automobile products and services
- Coordinate with sales, service, and operations teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and take proactive measures to improve retention
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Achieve assigned sales and relationship targets
- Handle escalations and resolve issues promptly
- Always keep the customer satisfaction
Job Specification (Requirements)
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree with any graduation
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer relationship and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of automobile products and market trends
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
- Must and should need Two wheeler, Driving licence for Male candidates
