Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager based in Lucknow. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying client needs, and recommending suitable financial solutions. Core responsibilities include conducting financial consultations, presenting investment plans, managing client portfolios, and ensuring timely follow-ups. The role also involves staying updated on financial products and regulatory changes to deliver informed advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong client engagement and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in investment planning, financial analysis, and portfolio management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay updated on market trends and regulatory requirements
- Schedule, attend, and document client meetings (online/offline) with MoM
- Coordinate with the team and management for the smooth execution of client requests.
- Generate leads, referrals, and identify business growth opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in financial services, wealth management, or similar industries is preferred
- AMFI or NISM certification is a plus
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to simplify and explain financial concepts
- Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIPs, and tax-saving schemes (preferred)
- Graduate in any stream (Commerce/Finance preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- NISM V-A Certified or willing to certify
- Passion for personal finance and client education
- Ability to work independently with self-discipline
