Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Rewari. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their insurance needs, and recommending tailored solutions. The role involves coordinating with insurers, managing client queries, and facilitating policy renewals and claims efficiently. The Relationship Manager will also contribute to business development by identifying potential clients, conducting meetings, and presenting value-driven insurance options.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in sales techniques, client handling, and negotiation
- Familiarity with insurance products, including health, general, and corporate insurance
- Organizational skills to manage multiple clients and policies
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and basic office software
- Relevant work experience in insurance, sales, or client services is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and collaborative environment
