Role Description
We are seeking a Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Erode location. The Relationship Manager will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, provide advisory support on loans and financial products, and manage end-to-end loan processing, including documentation and approvals. The role also involves collaborating with financial institutions to ensure smooth transactions, meeting client requirements effectively, and fostering a customer-centric experience in line with Urban Money's commitment to excellence.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building and client engagement skills
- Proficiency in loan advisory and financial product consultation
- Experience in loan documentation and processing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
- Knowledge of financial institutions and loan markets
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the banking, financial services, or loan advisory domain is an advantage
