Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for a Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, providing loan advisory services, and offering tailored financial solutions. Key responsibilities include evaluating client needs, advising on relevant loan products, managing the loan documentation process, and ensuring timely disbursement. The role requires excellent interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Experience in client relationship management, customer support, and financial advisory
- Knowledge of loan products, interest rates, and financial services, including home loans and mortgages
- Strong skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving
- Ability to manage documentation and collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Proficiency in working with financial tools and systems
- Prior experience in banking, financial services, or related industries is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
