Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Amritsar. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, promoting insurance products tailored to their needs, and identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing client queries, coordinating with internal teams for seamless service delivery, and developing strategies to meet sales targets.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and client communication skills
- Expertise in sales, cross-selling, and upselling financial or insurance products
- Ability to manage and organize client portfolios efficiently
- Proficiency in customer service, problem-solving, and addressing client queries
- Knowledge of insurance products, policies, and financial services; prior experience in the insurance industry preferred
- Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline
- Ability to work in a team-oriented and dynamic environment
