Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Kozhikode. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and managing strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable banking products. The role involves onboarding new clients, retaining existing customers, upselling banking products, addressing customer inquiries, and supporting their financial growth through timely and personalized services. Additionally, the Relationship Manager will assist in achieving business targets while maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong relationship-building, customer service, and communication skills
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and cross-selling financial products
- Knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and services
- Critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently on-site and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the banking sector or similar client-facing roles is an advantage
- Familiarity with digital banking platforms and technology-driven solutions is a plus
