Role Description
This full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role is based in Dwarka. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring and building relationships with customers, assisting them in meeting their housing loan needs, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include assessing customer profiles, guiding them through the loan application process, conducting due diligence, and maintaining a positive relationship with clients throughout the loan lifecycle. The role also requires regular interactions with potential clients to identify their financial needs and provide suitable solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, client communication, and customer service skills
- Ability to assess financial profiles, develop client-centric loan solutions, and manage end-to-end loan processing
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to engage with a diverse clientele effectively
- Understanding of housing finance and loan products, with experience in the financial services or banking industry preferred
- Knowledge of credit assessment processes, regulatory compliance, and market analysis
- Proven ability to work in an on-site environment and meet deadlines efficiently
- Qualifications: A degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in sales and financial advisory roles is advantageous
