Role Description
This is a full-time Relationship Manager role based on-site in Kozhikode. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Key tasks include meeting sales and service targets, providing tailored financial solutions, cross-selling relevant banking products, and maintaining a strong understanding of the bank's offerings. The role also involves proactive customer engagement, identifying opportunities to grow customer portfolios, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and operational guidelines.

- Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or financial services sector is preferred.
