Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Dwarka. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying their financial needs, and offering tailored solutions. Additional responsibilities include managing customer portfolios, ensuring satisfied client engagements, promoting bank products and services, and achieving targets. The individual will also monitor the resolution of client concerns and ensure compliance with banking regulations.
Qualifications
- Strong client relationship management and interpersonal skills
- Experience in identifying client needs and providing tailored banking solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in banking regulations and financial products
- Ability to meet targets and work in a dynamic environment
- Relevant industry experience in sales and financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Knowledge of the local market and fluency in regional languages is a plus
