Position Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our real estate team.
You'll support the sales process by providing valuable insights, engaging with
potential clients, and delivering compelling presentations that showcase our
properties and services.
Role Description:
As a Relationship Manager at TruCompass, you'll build and maintain client
relationships, understand clients' needs, provide solutions, and ensure client
satisfaction. This full-time on-site role in Bengaluru requires:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Experience in client relationship management
- Sales and business development skills
- Knowledge of the real estate industry

Responsibilities:
- Engage clients to understand their needs and tailor property solutions
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Prepare customized proposals and pricing options for clients
- Manage client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Analyze competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies
- Assist in organizing property tours and promotional events
- Collect and analyze client feedback to improve services
- Support contract negotiations by providing necessary documentation
Ideal Candidate:
- Strong analytical and project management skills
- Real Estate Experience is mandate to apply for this role , would be an
added advantage if you have an experience working for a CP Firm
- Confident and dynamic personality
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management
skills
- Expertise in sales and marketing, with experience selling luxury apartments
(high-ticket selling)
- Highly skilled, motivated, and target-oriented
- Self-motivator and self-starter with excellent time management skills
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets
- Sales experience in the real estate industry is a plus
