Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Thane for the role of Relationship Manager. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and helping them maximize the value they derive from the TradeIndia platform. Responsibilities include client acquisition, resolving queries, upselling services, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction. This role is well-suited for candidates with a proactive and service-oriented mindset, who are passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills to effectively build trust and satisfaction with clients
- Sales Acumen and Upselling abilities to promote additional products and services
- Communication and Negotiation skills, including the ability to manage discussions and resolve client concerns
- Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to assess client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Experience in B2B platforms or marketplace operations is highly desirable
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM tools and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts
- Self-motivation and ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
